Sometimes, it’s better to ask yourself, what do you feel? Or “How do you feel”?. Because the urge to have and the desire to do something can take you for Do what you feel, With no further specification when someone asks about the general state of your feelings, about everything and nothing in particular “What do you feel” seems more like a medical or physiological question to you, doesn't it becomes awkward for you?. I think you should choose a path where you can see your success rather than selecting the paths on the basis of another's opinions or suggestions. Sometimes it may happen that we can’t actually express our feelings too but if you don’t say what you think or feel, other people cannot guess or know it. Thus it will make you feel worse. A writer told-Saying what you feel, stating your opinions, sharing ideas or being able to say ‘no’ will allow you to feel free and like you are in control of your life”. I think it’s good to be an assertive type of person and support oneself too. Be honest with your feelings and with the people while expressing your thoughts when they are around you. Allow yourself to feel those feelings because feelings are particularly engaging. It can be more expressive for yourself if you think to be more creative about your being personally then try to create a new me within yourself. And eventually, associate it with the habit and the things you want to change in your life.
